Together with Kromkommer, PlanToys has developed new toys, an oddly shaped fruit and vegetable play set.
Kromkommer is of the opinion that all fruit and vegetables, crooked or straight, have as much taste talent. Their goal is to let the fruit and vegetable sector reflect what nature gives us and thus prevent the waste of crooked fruit and vegetables.
In order to ensure that everybody starts embracing crooked fruits and vegetables, it is important that people know that the crooked products exist and that they are just as delicious as the straight ones. With whom can you start better than with children? PlanToys shares this opinion and considers it important that children learn while they play. A collaboration developed from this idea. The sets are developed from the idea that children playfully learn. As a result, every piece of crooked fruit and vegetables in the set has its own story and name. ‘Meneer Tweebeenpeen’, ‘Karel Appel’, ‘Pieter Peer’, ‘Krommie de Komkommer’ and ‘Thea Tomatenhart’.
