Shipping and Returns

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping within The Netherlands

All orders till € 50,- are charged a flat rate of € 3,95 and above € 50,- FREE SHIPPING.
We do our utmost best to deliver your order within 2-3 working days for the Netherlands after receiving the payment on stocked items.
All our orders will be shipped by MyParcel official partner of POSTNL.

International Shipping

Shipping costs to countries outside the Netherlands vary greatly depending on the shipment destination and the weight of the parcel. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping cost relevant to you. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on stocked items. Certain destinations may take longer.

Please note that this information is an indication provided by POSTNL and that we cannot guarantee any delivery time based on this information.

You may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. Very often, the local delivery company will call you prior delivery to pay these charges. We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination, for which you will be liable for.

Returns & Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. When you want to return or exchange your purchased item(s) to Elenfhant, please send us an email at and include your order and payment confirmations.
You can return your items to below address. Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense also international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside The Netherlands. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and with the labels attached.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted we will refund to you bank account within 14  days.

Privacy Policy 

Purpose of processing personal data

Elenfhant respects the privacy of your data and ensures that all personal information you provide us will be treated confidentially. We use your details to process your order as efficiently and smoothly as possible and we will only use these details with your permission. Elenfhant will not sell your details to third parties and will only make your details available to third parties directly implicated in processing your order.

Record of activities and processing of data

Purchase form: To be able to make a purchase in our online store, a purchase form must be filled, with contact details and payment information being required. The data is stored on GoDaddy servers. During the purchase process, we collect information about you, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone, payment details and others that are required to process your orders.

Newsletter subscription form: Elenfhant uses MailChimp’s newsletter sending service, which stores your email data, name and acceptance of subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any moment by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter you receive.

How long do we save your data?

Customer data: The data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and, where appropriate, during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations.

Subscriber information for the newsletter: From the moment the user subscribes till they unsubscribe.

What are your rights when you facilitate us your data?

You have the right to access your personal data (Article 15 of the AVG).
Does your information appear to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant? Then you can make an additional request to have your details changed or supplemented (article 16 AVG).
You can, in a number of cases, ask for the deletion or erasure of your data (article 17 AVG).
If you wish to receive the (digital) personal data that the Elenfhant processes from you, you can rely on your right to data portability (article 20 AVG). This means that you will receive your information in a form in which you can easily pass it on to another organization if you wish.
